| Some important points you should know before requesting to transfer your number: |

• You can obtain the Letter of Authorization (LOA) Porting Form by clicking here |

• You must have an active account with us. We will provide you with a temporary number to use
until the transfer is completed. |
| |
• Please allow 14 to 17 business days from the date we receive the form for your number to be
transferred. |
| |
• We can only transfer U.S. landline numbers in the continental 48 states of the U.S.A. |
| |
• You must keep your line active for it to be transferred over to us. If your account with your
current carrier has any changes or its disconnected the current carrier may reject the transfer. |
| |
• Telephone numbers for transferring may not have a distinctive ring. The distinctive ring must be
removed prior to transferring the number. |
| |
• All telephone numbers associated with the transferring request must be associated to the
same billing telephone number. |
| |
• A telephone number cannot be transferred if a contractual agreement was made to prohibit
transferring the number. |
| |
• A telephone number cannot be transferred if associated with a PIC Freeze or carrier change
restriction. You must remove the freeze and any restrictions with your current carrier in order to transfer the number. |
| |
• When an order is rejected due to a problem with transferring the number, the due date interval for the transfer will start over. |
| |
• All numbers associated to a DSL line will loose the DSL connection when the transfer completes. Please contact your current carrier to identify if you have a DSL connection linked to the line. |
